As part of our expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly skilled, and ambitious Senior Executive Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

This is a pivotal role that offers crucial strategic and administrative support to our influential Founder, requiring a unique combination of organisational, leadership, and communication skills along with business acumen and a dynamic personality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, executive support, business operations, and stakeholder management within a complex business environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 8–10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in finance, multinational, or complex environments.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate governance.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Business Support

  • Support the Founder’s Office in managing strategic priorities and key initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Monitor key business metrics and provide insights.
  • Drive the execution of the group’s external communication strategy.

Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the Founder’s Office with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with partners, board members, and senior executives.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between the Founder and stakeholders.

Operations and Events Management

  • Manage Founder’s expenses and executive office operations.
  • Organize events, board meetings, and strategic offsites.
  • Perform financial analysis to support executive decisions.
  • Ensure operations align with company policies and procedures.

Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates.
  • Identify and resolve challenges related to project delivery.

Executive Support

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, travel, and correspondence.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Founder.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
