As part of our expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly skilled, and ambitious Senior Executive Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.
This is a pivotal role that offers crucial strategic and administrative support to our influential Founder, requiring a unique combination of organisational, leadership, and communication skills along with business acumen and a dynamic personality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, executive support, business operations, and stakeholder management within a complex business environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 8–10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in finance, multinational, or complex environments.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate governance.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Business Support
- Support the Founder’s Office in managing strategic priorities and key initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide insights.
- Drive the execution of the group’s external communication strategy.
Stakeholder Management
- Represent the Founder’s Office with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with partners, board members, and senior executives.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between the Founder and stakeholders.
Operations and Events Management
- Manage Founder’s expenses and executive office operations.
- Organize events, board meetings, and strategic offsites.
- Perform financial analysis to support executive decisions.
- Ensure operations align with company policies and procedures.
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates.
- Identify and resolve challenges related to project delivery.
Executive Support
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, travel, and correspondence.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Founder.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
